The apartment was extremely comfortable. Home from home. Lovely comfortable beds too.

To be improved

The karaoke bar opposite was loud. But it didn't keep me awake. Might do if it was children In the room.

The stunning views from all 3 balconies.

There was noise at night from the karaoke bar across the road. We managed to sleep through it as did our kids.

The best

The property was in a great location, very central in las americas and in the middle of both Los christianos and Costa Adeje, so both accessible by lovely coastal walks. Great seas view from all 3 balcony areas. Very clean apartment with loads of space and everything that you would need. We arrived late on the Friday evening and Mo met us at the property and waited for us as there was delays getting a taxi. The fridge was fully stocked which was a great touch with food and drink (both alcoholic and non alcoholic) and different snacks and a big bowl of fruit. This was great to have for the first couple of days. Mo the host was very helpful and came back to me on anything I needed. Great apartment and the 3 outdoor areas are so spacious and give added comfort and views. Will definitely book if going back to las americas again.

The only downside but this was not a problem for us as we stayed up late is there is a karaoke bar across the road that is pretty load until around 2am but no downsides outside of that
