Apartment in the center of Fuengirola

To start with if you are from the uk the address given will take you to a direct nicer looking apartment that is not this one .. when we arrived to the correct one It was infested with cockroaches !! My child was petrified the entire time ! The bathroom shower looked disgusting and there was no view at all.. construction workers were tearing an apartment apart taking the roof off etc less than 50yards from our balcony. We were not informed of this and couldn’t go onto the balcony the entire time due to the amount of dust generated from their construction. When asking the owner why we were not informed of this ? And showing them pictures of cockroaches (which they confirmed they knew about) and if they can refund us so we can go elsewhere I was told to “go away”. Money grabbers! Do NOT rent this place. I have more pictures and videos of everything but here is a few of them.

The not so good. 1. Biggest draw back for us was early morning and late night noise that woke you up. Coming from various sources, including builders in adjacent properties, street maintenance services, traffic, and just people outside talking loudly. There were also other apartments in the block being refurbished, and therefore sometimes, a horrendous racket all day, along with dust in the atmosphere. The owner should have advised us that works were due in the apartment block, and we could have planned our stay accordingly. Bring earplugs if you need your sleep. 2. Bed rooms are quite small, and the floor area is filled by a double bed in each room, therefore limited space to move around or store clothes. 3. Balcony is very small with room for 2 adults only. 4. Bathroom and shower Cubicle very small. The larger adult may find the shower Cubicle quite constraining to use.
