“The location and ameneties was super great · Cons: Make sure you before you book the apartment according to the picture and check its availability we were given a different layout and it was super dark, needed lights furing the day, couldnt even open the terrace doors cz it was broken.. there were also some molds on the wall”

The localization was brilliant. Close to de Fuencaral, Metro, restaurants and Cafes, markets

Our bedroom was near the lift that disturbed us sleeping in the night because the guest were comming at night. The air condition was not working.

The space was nice. And the location was amazing.

The property was not quiet after 23:00 like their police said. I could hear everything above me, and it was awful to sleep because of people’s noise. But the location was worth it.

“Great location, confortable apartment. · Cons: Requested an early check in as we arrived in Madrid at 6am. Considering that check out is at 11am, the host didn't allow us in till 4pm! Not a minute earlier despite our requests. Does it take 5 hours to clean a room???? This was very frustrating.”

The best

The apartment was clean and beautiful. It had plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. It is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and close to the metro station. The hosts were very accommodating, and the communication was exceptional. I highly recommend this place!

To be improved

The garbage trucks were very loud and kept waking us up throughout the night. This isn't the owners' fault; it's just how Madrid operates.
