Apartment La Bugambilia

The building and garden were tired. There were only 2 sun loungers and there were 3 of us. We reported the standard lamp wasn’t working on day 1 and it was never fixed during our stay. The sofa cover did not fit the settee and was shabby looking.

Only 2 decent Sun loungers and would have like a cleaner , change of sheets and towels mid week I would suggest to have more dedd feee ent Sun loungers and get rid of the bad quality old blue one

Entrance filthy! Mosquitoes all over apartment when we arrived. Mould on pillows. TV never worked. Massive weeds all over unswept patio area. Louvre doors falling off hinges. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Rustic at best but generally unkempt & tatty!

Bathrooms needs updating as does sofa and chairs in Living room. The apartment is for 6 people with only 3 sun beds, 1 of which was broken and the cushions for the other sun beds were infested with cat fleas as the cushions had been left out prior to our arrival and had been slept on by stray cats. The Bathroom and bedrooms all had light bulbs missing and all controls for the air-con needed battery replacements which should have been checked and replaced prior to our arrival. But by far the worst problem was two of the bedrooms being flooded by rain pouring through the windows during the night and having to use every towel in the apartment to mop up the water. The flooding was due was due to cracks all along the base of the windows and there were clear signs of damp. This apartment is in serious need of repair. The Managing Agents, JS Properties, were useless and seemed to think being flooded was perfectly acceptable and didn’t seem to think that having to deal with all these issues whilst on holiday was a problem. I have never experienced such poor customer service for a holiday rental and would recommended that this apartment and JS Properties should be avoided at al costs.
