+ unbelievable (!!!) view from the apartment (terrace, living room; bedroom) - thanks to extraordinary location; + well equipped kitchen; + swimming pool; + very good contact with the Owner.

View, proximity to beach, and public transport. Comfortable and well equipped.

To be improved

New trash regulations of city. Would be nice if there were some basis toiletries (shampoo-bath gel), trash bags. Large deposit was a little surprising (Almost 50% of stay charge). Paperwork and terms almost seemed like a lease or rental.
