The location was good.

To be improved

The windows and patio doors were open when we arrived and would not close completely. As a result, the apartment was infested with mosquitoes. My son and I were continually bitten by mosquitoes all night and were unable to sleep. Both my son’s arms, his back, neck, belly and right side of his face are covered in big, red welts from all the mosquito bites.

Laredo is a fantastic place to visit. I have been many times, it is always relaxed and friendly. The local food options never disappoint.

To be improved

Location aside, this was not a good property to stay in. Accommodation in Laredo is difficult to find at short notice in the summer, and this place was something of a last resort. The property was old and in need of maintenance. The kitchen was missing all the basics (salt, cooking oil, laundry detergent). The washing machine was temperamental and turning on the washer and the dishwasher at the same time would blow the power of the apartment.
