Apartment Las Arenas - Las Casas de Aron

Good comms on how to find the keys to complex and apartment. i.e. Contactless check-in and check out. The apartment was very clean and had a nice touch with a few drinks and snacks on arrival. Sun on terrace in the afternoon and through the large bedroom window in the morning.

The property was lovely, well stocked and comfortable . We found communication and directions to the car park were confusing. We were given directions a video for the car park after the main Las Arenas entrance which give us the impression that car part entrance was next ! , however the car park entrance was before the main entrance which we realised after spending approximately 10 minutes looking for the Box with the keys . As we attempted to exit we couldn’t find the box to use the key to open the gate , we received a photo of the box but no description of where it was .. luckily another visitor driver was departing and used his fob to open the gates .. it caused us a lot of unnecessary stress .

Excellent value in a clean and comfortable environment. The owners were friendly and made things easy on check in.

Very clean and well-equipped apartment

Cleanliness, facilities, supplies, communication, pretty much everything about the whole place. This was my second stay at the apartment in recent years and it was better than i can remember. It is just the little touches that set this place apart from others. The welcome drinks, the breakfast items, the vast array of toiletries, all just what you need after a long flight, not needing to worry about where the nearest supermarket is (turn left, then right actually!)
