The best

The apartment was clean. 4 minutes to the sea. Grocery store nearby.

To be improved

The apartment is small, up to 50 m2. There is no balcony, I dried my clothes on a clothes dryer outside, cars drive there all the time. The tap in the bathroom was broken. There are few vessels in the kitchen. It is very noisy outside, opposite the hotel is the back entrance. All the time from 6 am they start bringing food, the staff goes out to smoke under the windows. The laundry works all the time and the washing machines are always noisy. Very, very noisy. It is impossible to sleep at night. Neighbors swear, screams at night when you pass by, there is a parking lot for motorcycles. The price for such conditions is very expensive. I do not recommend these apartments.

The best

The location is 2 mins from Poniente Beach and in a great part of the old town. The beds are so comfortable, if you want to get up early- set your alarm! I can’t remember the last time I slept so well. Andrzej was so helpful and we were allowed to keep our luggage in the apartment for a few hours on the last day instead of dragging them around Benidorm!
