Apartment Los Zafiros in Puerto del Carmen Aircond & Wifi & Dishwasher

The air conditioning didn't work. No one seemed to want to help with our issue no matter how many times we contacted them. Also booking into the place seemed to be an issue they gave us the wrong combination and then left us on the side of the road for an hour waiting for a reply to be able to get in. The key to the gate of the apartments was very temperamental we climbed over the wall numerous times just to get access to our apartment. Pool was advertised as heated. It was not.

The customer service. We were left stranded for 2 days . The host had double booked. She was rude and obnoxious. When we got in after 2 days sleeping on the beach the beds had been slept in

Filthy. Dilapidated. Mouldy. Apartment was absolutely filthy. Dust, dirt, grim, grease everywhere. Every surface sticky. Ceiling in bathroom and kitchen about to collapse. Only one mug for coffee, had to buy our own. Appliances dirty. Fan in bedroom never cleaned - full of dirt. No mattress protector. Rubbish left between the bed mattresses. Taps in bathroom held together with tape. Mirror deglazed. Mould in shower. Shower cubicle is tiny and looked as though never changed from the 1970s. View from terrace is overlooking building plot. Distant views to mountains and Fue. Doesn't look anything like the pictures. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Shame on Booking.com.
