The best

Washing machine, beach accessories to be used for free. Kitchen is very well equipped.

To be improved

The air conditioner in the master bedroom didn’t work. Cockroaches were spotted.

Quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach

To be improved

The smell was terrible when we walked in first time and beds were very damp. We couldn’t sleep first night as it was very uncomfortable. The apartment was clean otherwise, but we found few cockroaches around the place and under beds which was a very unpleasant experience, we had to buy a spray for bugs to keep them away.

The best

The apartment has a very good location: it is at a reasonable walking distance from the beach and supermarket. It was comfortable and well furnished (TV, sofa, wash machine). We could enjoy the terrace even in April. I recommend it for families. Alcudia old town is very nice and not so far by car.
