“Great location, decent facilities”

The best

Lovely host who let us have a late check-out time, which was much appreciated. Great location right next to the Mercat Central and Silk Exchange. Well-equipped kitchen with small things like salt and vinegar.

To be improved

Right next to two building sites, which was noisy on weekdays. Bed was harder than we would normally have, and the bathroom could be more modern.

Artyom was very gracious and responsive to our needs.

Due to the church renovation next door, dust had seeped everywhere in the apartment. This should have been noted in the listing. More importantly, although the property is not located close to bars or restaurants, people (including occupants of the building) were congregating all night long outside the apartment building and having loud conversations. We had very little sleep most nights.

The best

The location of this property was a highlight, right next to Mercado Central and only a short walk from some amazing sights, restaurants and bars. We utilised the balconies on the property a lot as they got lots of sun through the day. It was helpful that there was also a washing machine to do small loads of laundry.

To be improved

It seemed as though the property was not cleaned very thoroughly, we had to sweep the floors when we arrived as there was lots of sand and dust.
