Apartment near beach - Niza 2B

AVOID THIS APARTMENT LIKE THE PLAGUE! ABSOLUTELY STINKS OF SEWAGE TO THE POINT IT MADE MY PARTNER PHYSICALLY SICK. NO HELP OR COMPENSATION FROM THE PROPERTY MANAGER/OWNER! WAS GIVEN A CHAT GPT RESPONSE TO MY MESSAGE'S EXPLAINING HOW UNSATISFIED WE WAS WITH THE APARTMENT. WAS GREETED BY A 10 YEAR OLD CHILD ON AN ELETRIC SCOOTER TO BRING US THE KEYS AND SHOW US THE APARTMENT, WHEN WE TOLD HIM THE APARTMENT STUNK OF SEWAGE AND WE WASNT HAPPY ABOUT IT HE JUST LAUGHED AT US AND LEFT THE APARTMENT WITH US IN DISBELIEF! TRIED TO ASK FOR SOME SORT OF RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM AND JUST GOT MET WITH BAD ATTITUDE AND RUDENESS FROM THE MANAGER/OWNER! DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!!!!!

Can be noisy late at night but I think most people go to Benidorm for the late nights. It didn’t bother us

Upon arrival the apartment had not been cleaned. Blood, bile and sick was smeared throughout. Bedding was left by the previous guests. Including belongings and medical dressings all over the floor. No toilet roll and the whole apartment smelt. We were greeted by a child on a scooter who let us into the apartment block. Throughout our stay once we returned back to the apartment it had been somewhat cleaned. However the smell of sewage and lack of hot water was horrific.
