“The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The double bed is very comfortable, though the kids' bed was less so. It’s modernly designed and located just one minute from Gran Vía – very central and convenient. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and I loved that the keys were digital and used through the phone – very convenient! · Cons: Unfortunately, more attention wasn’t given to the small details that could have made our stay truly great, such as: - A soap holder in the shower - Toilet paper - Intact coffee cups (not broken) - Trash bags - Basic cleaning supplies I had to buy all of these items myself. It doesn’t make sense to leave only one roll of toilet paper for four people staying five days. Also, the apartment could have been cleaner – there was a lot of dust, and the floor wasn’t clean. The hot water runs out quickly, so we had to wait between showers for it to heat up again.”

“Our stay was questionable. Good area close to Gran Vía but bad neighborhood”

The property was comfortable. With air conditioner.

To be improved

First, they did not advice about the steps to get in w all our bags; not enough toilet paper, no paper towels; inconvenient coffee maker; wifi not working had to call to get it fix; instructions to get into building were very confusing; many plates and coffee cups chipped; not enough bed linens; not enough towels; no extra pillows.

“perfect for a long weekend Madrid”

The best

The location was verry central in the middle of madrid. A lot of nightlife close by, but the bedrooms at the back of the appartment were quiet.

To be improved

a separate single bed would have been nice.
