“Superb”
The best

This place is unique, nicely oriented and overlooking the beach. Great with the kids, plus there were even some beach toys available to use. We could watch the sunrise every morning right from our balcony, which also makes a good shelter from the wind if there is some (we stayed in February). The only downside is the middle room which gets very little fresh air. Otherwise, we have no objections. We would happily come back for that view.

The best

Apartment is great comfortable, wonderful view from the balcony. Literally a five minute walk from the strip. Easy access with just one flight of shallow stairs

Second bedroom very small and no safety deposit box.

Location is amazing, close to everything, bars, restaurants etc and on the beach.

the view, but the sun goes off the balcony in the evening as it does all apartments with a sea view in Alcudia

the main bedroom was out in the building walkway so you couldn’t open the window and was very stuffy, also lots of mosquitos and uncomfortable bed. also renovation works underway in the apartment downstairs and made a lot of noise. it’s right next to two busy hotels so lots of noise but it did all stop at 10pm. no dedicated parking spot so it was stressful finding a parking pace
