“Passable”
The best

The place is really big, many bedrooms, ideal for a large group. The place is outside Murcia but can be easily reached by a local bus. It’s fine for an overnight. You can park very close to the property for free.

To be improved

The place would need a bit of refurbishing. It’s pretty old and it’s really visible now especially in bathroom and kitchen. The area is not the nicest one, but it didn’t really seem dangerous or anything. Again, it’s fine for a budget overnight.
