The best

Property looked exactly like the picture, everything was well maintained and clean. The resort felt very safe and the pools were never too busy, so felt very relaxed. The communication was great and very quick to respond to queries. Travel cot was great as it actually had a proper mattress in it too. The apartment is on a first floor and towards the front of the property.

To be improved

It would have been great to have an information booklet with a map of the resort, some key info such as opening times of the shop/restaurant and recommendations on local places to try out. We did have a small issue with the air conditioning system locking itself, but it was resolved very quickly. There are quite a lot of stairs around the resort, so do keep this in mind if you have a baby in a buggy, although there is just a road you can use, but is a steep-ish hill.

The residential area was clean and tranquil. Area and property itself was of a high standard Host was very accommodating making our stay very welcomed.
