apartment could be cleaner

Bedding had stains. Facilities were very basic.

Apartment was extremely dirty: flor was not cleaned, all equipments in kitchen were dirty and disgusting (we had to clean all), the bed in living room was broken and the surface had a lot dirty big spots. 3 beds were broke (one has broken leg, second and third have broken board under the materace), WC look like no one never cleaned it, table in kitchen was dirty with old food stuck to it. In general we had to spend money for some cleaning detergents to clean all by our own because it was hard to live there. All is super old there and many things are destroyed. apartment looks like noon one cares about it and just earn money. In total I do not recommend the apartment.

Please read what others have said. I even tried messaging on my way so that I'd get instructions on how to get in. We were ignored for well over an hour, left outside on the street in terrible weather (massive storm) we rang 10+ times. Such a poor service. When we did finally get hold of her she was only interested in us paying city tax before we could get in, at this point I was losing it with her. Really awful management of a property.
