It was easy, thanks to the administration. Comfortable stairs, a lift. Very safe!

Not announced pledge after booking made as 50% of total amount. Claiming as a damage what we sure was made not by us (glued cushions, totally peed mattress). 
Claiming after we have left the property that the cleaning of floors in apartment should be on our side - what never was announced before, but even said that we have only clean dishes and throw out garbage, regarding other stuff - the proprietor takes care. Fraud try of the pledge with completely unjustified claims. And totally bad leftover experience of the proprietor behaviour.
