“My stay was very nice and enjoyed it alot”

The location was perfect as it was out of the busy part of the town so it was nice and quiet but also had alot of shops and restaurants around it, also very close to the beach which was perfect.

To be improved

Having to pay for air conditioning isn't the best thing as you already have to pay good money for the apartment in the first place but was told this. Also some of the lights didn't seem to work as the light switches didn't do anything and in the pictures there were coloured lights but they didn't work

Left us one loo roll, 0 washing tabs, less than half bottle of fairy liquid. Don’t mind buying extras but one loo roll? Air con is a €1 meter you have to keep topping up

Great views overlooking the pool and sea. Very quiet, with fabulous pool and well maintained grounds. Apartment very clean, however could do with a refresh of paintwork.

The lack of furnishings in the apartment ie: no table or coffee table, lack of kitchen utensils. Poor pillows on bed, they weren't even the same size, 2 single duvets on a double bed. The staircase although lovely to look at was not practical for the property, it was dangerous when carrying ie washing down the stairs. The clothes dryer on the balcony was rusty and broken. A bit of thought needs to put into the furnishings, then the apartment would be lovely. The balcony had no sunbeds.

“Exceptional”

The best

On our honeymoon. Ideal location practically on the beach and a 3 minute walk from the main Playa de las Americas strip. Secure coded location. Incredibly clean apartment and pool area. Thankful to find this place last minute as our original hotel was shocking. The host was very helpful and great to deal with. Would happily stay there again.
