First, I wasn't planning to book it but booked by accident because of some weirdness with booking.com while booking another place , and it wasn't cancelable. So take it with that information, it is not my type of place to start with. I guess the worst thing is that there was a non-cancelable option, because I didn't want to stay there. The place is ok and there is nothing directly wrong with it if that's what you are after. But, I don't like the surroundings, really nothing nice around , no nice view. We were out all days by car and usually came back just to sleep. The apartment itself has seen better days but it's ok, it works. Dishwasher is missing, the tea water boiler is broken (doesn't turn off), quite annoying to open/close the balcony doors grid, otherwise it's just dark inside, but it needs to be closed every time before leaving for safety. Smells very strong like (cleaning?) chemicals, if you are sensitive , don't stay there. Somewhat worn but not too bad.

The door to the room was broken when we arrived. The safe was not in place or operational. Going with the kids, check that everything gets along and nothing gets left behind.

On night arrival there was no place on private parking so we needed to park our car on street... during that we faced some aggressive locals that we stopped for few mins in front of their car and they wanted to call police on us immediately.... great invitation. Why there are no reserved placed? One day prior to arrival I needed to ask for PIN code to be able get the keys from safe from owner. On arrival there was no printed informations about anything (only "please clean air-condition tank"). Nothing. No info about wi-fi, so we needed to ask again, and again if water is suitable for drinking (it is not). Why there was no information, it will safe lot of time and confusion for both sides. In this case you need to find everything by yourself = time consuming. For this price I will expect more love/care for people. Maybe at least some 2l drinking water for 1eur as welcome gift? There was 2 broken lights in kitchen. There was no sharp knife. Fridge was little dirty inside. There is no dishwasher :-(. And some of the dishes were dirty and oily, so we clean everything prior to use... Place is noisy until 23:00 or 24:00, we were going to sleep late so it was fine, but kids were complaining about noise from hotel next to this place. And expect drunk UK/German people screaming in that time... but still we liked to be there a lot :-)
