Apartment Ruzafa Zapadores

The kitchen was full of kitchen appliances, but none that were really useful, and there was no room left for storage space. The bathroom with the tub didn't have a shower curtain so if you shower there you splash water everywhere. The terrace is big but very exposed, and all the neighbors can look down.

Cockroaches constantly appear in the apartment, even if the doors are closed - they climb through the ventilation and sewerage. When we went out for a few days and the apartment was closed - we arrived, and the cockroaches were everywhere, even in the shower! When booking an apartment, you are not told that you have a limit on the use of water and electricity, which is included in the price of the reservation, and if you exceed the limit, you must pay extra. And also that you need to take out a huge canister of water, where the air conditioner is dripping. The apartment has a terrace, but the neighbors from above are doing repairs, and plaster and bricks are falling on your head! There is mold on the walls and ceiling in the apartment, and dirt hanging from the ventilation grill! Photos of the apartment on the site do not correspond to reality.
