The apartment was in an excellent location and victoria was really helpful during our stay. The apartment was light and big and a fab space. There was a bottle of fizz in the fridge which was nice.

To be improved

The outside space is small and shady, and we didn't use it at all, but we didn't need to really.

“Amazing place in the city centre for a true Mallorca vibe!”

We really liked the location which was just near the city centre which allowed us to walkt around the city and enjoy the great restaurants nearby. Also, the appartment was really big and nicely decorated. And the parking place was a huge asset as parking in the city centre can be troublesome

To be improved

Nothing, we really enjoyed everything there and there was nothing that could have been done better.

“Pleasant”

The best

The apartment was nice and very spacious in the city center with a view of the church, there was a marina nearby, full of restaurants and bars. We liked the filtered water and the bottle of sparkling Cava wine as a welcome. A washing machine and a clothes dryer were also helpful. There were two toilets.

To be improved

The person who gave us the keys was waiting for us at the apartment, he could come help us with our luggages to the parking place, the parking place had several floors, it was difficult to find a parking space, an elevator and an exit. I think that the person who sold us the keys could have been more helpful. He gave us some tips for restaurants and bars, but it's a shame that he didn't point out that everything was written on paper when using the wifi, which we only find on the penultimate day. The apartment was very big and spacious, but the sleeping room was small, the bed was extremely small, only 140 cm, I don't see a reason for that because the apartment is big enough for a big bed, it was uncomfortable, we lacked blackout curtains, there was a lot of light when sleeping, or some proper shading windows. The apartment had two floors, which was quite impractical. We were there for 5 nights and they didn't come to replace us with new towels. There was only a very small rack for drying laundry, they added washing powder according to our wishes, because it was missing when we arrived.

Excellent location for the old town, seamless check-in, helpful staff. The water filter on the tap and complementary cava was a nice touch!

To be improved

Construction noise in the morning (stayed during the week) but presumably that’s temporary and only a problem if you wanted to lie in.
