“Great apartment in perfect location.”

The best

Location was absolutely perfect. We loved the apartment. It is well equipped with all the kitchen utensils etc needed for cooking. Two TVs that are smart TVs which is a great bonus. Fast WIFI working with no issues. Having 'private' sun loungers is great as we were sure that they will be free. Swimming pool is huge and cleaned daily. Garden is beautiful and well maintained. Overall we had a great stay and would love to be back for sure.

To be improved

Cleanliness wasn't perfect in bathroom in kitchen. Few hair and some stains on furniture in kitchen and and bathroom's tiles. Silicone in bathroom would need replacing to have a nice fresh look. But it didn't bother us to much.

“Great apartment for couples, however host requires to improve arrival experience.”

Location was great next to the promenade and beach. Nice deep pool for swimming. Very well equipped kitchen with large fridge, induction hob and microwave. Nice outdoor terrace with table & chairs. Communal gardens very well maintained.

To be improved

The arrival and key handover could be more professional, we had to wait 90 minutes before the cleaner arrived with keys and changed bed linen. Only two bath towels were provided with no hand towel provided. Similarly no spare bed linen available for an 11 night stay, my wife washed and dried to bedding during our stay. The outside terrace required cleaning upon our arrival, we cleaned the terrace with the supplied equipment however you would expect it to be clean upon arrival.
