Dirty. Enough to make you not stay especially with your little child.

All were perfect

The patio doors to the balcony did not lock. This was reported on arrival. Despite that, it wasn’t until day 3 ( we were only there 4 days) that the cleaner came to look at it. She couldn’t lock it either and her response was “it’s always been problematical”. This needs to be addressed as we did not feel safe there. Insufficient bed linen. We had requested 2 sets of sheets as we were friends travelling together and utilising both beds. Only 1 set of sheets were in the property and again it took several emails and 3 days before the second set was delivered. We found the apartment dirty, especially the crockery which cannot be washed thoroughly as there is no sink plug. Overall, this property lacks care, cleaning and attention which is such a shame as with a little time and effort, it could be made into a wonderful place to stay. Sadly in it’s current state, it is not.
