“I won't book this apartment again , I don't recommend it to anyone”

The view from the balcony is perfect and beautiful.

To be improved

The apartment is too old the fernter is old and dirty. The 2 bathroom are fully with mould, hair and stink, the Dusche is not hanging because the hanger is not their you need to hold them all the time, the staff didn't react, whatever the problem was ,they just sent us what the want from us per email or in the booking chat, we did not see any of them, their was no air-conditioning and no oven. I don't recommend this apartment in this situation to anyone

“nice apartment for reasonable money”

very goood location maybe a two minutes to the beach the view from apartment was spectacular indeed apartment itself is very nice, its more like oldschool not modern we could also use a washing machine which is in the apartment. there is very well done manual for guests in the aparment so whatever happens you will find an answer for your questions there and also a lot of great reccomendation very nice pool with nice view to the lake the communication with the host was fine - we called and I recieved every information I needed.

To be improved

the street is quite noisy and also u cas hear every move from the neighbours the building need some more care, it is obvious that the second half of the building is in better state. i did not recieve a pasword to the main building in the manual (how to get to the accomodation) to my mail.. I had to call for it, otherwise I would not be able to get there. there is no air conditioner just a fan

Good location of the apartment, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, a bit old but still clean.

To be improved

The apartment is located next to a busy street and if you do not mind having a feeling like you are sleeping on the street than you are ok, otherwise I would not advise. Our main issue was that when we arrived to the apartment we had no hot water. We called all available numbers listed in the apartment(rental company Bebreeze) but no one answered. After two days we got a text that the owner will come and fix the problem but that did not happen. We got hot water on the 5th day after another email and text to the company which rented the apartment was sent. I can understand that this happens, but to be ignored that is not acceptable. We were travelling with to young children and having no hot water is not fun. And also, if we pay for something it should be there. After everything we did not even get an apology. And no wifi available-at least not the one listed in the brochure in the apartment.
