The property had toiletries, and equipment for cooking

To be improved

We had a broken patio door which was unsafe. Was to be fixed whilst we were there, but never was. Broken gate to the pool. Sofa bed was horrendous. Could not have aircon on whilst not in the room, due to the electricity card. Card entry system, no way to double lock your room (made more vulnerable by the patio door broken) any one with with a card can get in. Cameras in the property made us feel like we were being watched. Clock on the wall, no batteries. The bathroom that was not en-suite, had grout stains... especially around the toilet. I have stayed in many properties in Bioko and this is by far the worst and most expensive. And no internet for 3 days
