When we arrived at the accommodation, six people with full luggage, we were met by a guard who, after some time of explaining and showing documents, finally gave us a key to an apartment. We went to the apartment in the complex he described but could not get in. We then called him again, and he told us to go to another apartment; this was also incorrect, and the key did not work. After much hassle, he came with a second key, and we got into an apartment, but it wasn't the one we had booked; someone else was living there. We quickly left, and by then almost 40 minutes had passed. We were very polite and showed the booking over and over until he called another guard. This guard was really rude, and they threw us out of the apartment complex. We called Booking.com, who answered but, just like before, pretended they couldn't hear us and hung up. We called Homewatch, which was closed, so we didn't get any help there either. The rude guard tried to call the landlord Charlie, who didn't answer. After two hours, we finally got in with the correct key. A catastrophic experience. The next day we received a message from the owner, Charlie, saying that we had caused a scene and that we couldn't keep calling him if he didn't answer. Are you kidding? We paid you 36,000 SEK and couldn't get in. What are our options after 1 hour and 40 minutes? The most unpleasant check-in ever, and just because of this, I advise everyone against booking this accommodation.
The pool has a locked gate, and if there are six of you, it means you constantly have to go and open it for each other since there's only one key. Idiotic system.
We were not allowed to have music even though it was very quiet before we went out to eat, and even at the end of the week, you couldn't get in if you didn't have the key when this angry bald old guard was working. So if you're a group, you all have to go home at the same time.
