“Horrible”

To be improved

We arrived and we didn’t realize at first but few hours later we had a terrible smell-breathtaking stench!- like something dead / rotten in the kitchen, spreading from the kitchen all over the place. We contacted the owner and she said to talk to the girl running the property. The girl running the property told me she wasn’t able to do anything the first night as it was Sunday night (?) -not even passing by the place. Monday lunch time (!!! It was URGENT!) she passed by and put some odor spray and blocked the ventilation. Of course it didn’t solve the problem. I contacted again the owner and she said she couldn’t do anything else. The girl running the place stopped answering my messages. The first night we stayed -peak season we couldn’t find nowhere else- and the odor was horrible. When opening the windows -the AC was just in the kitchen area!- the noise was unbearable as the flat rest on the main way of Torrevieja. We couldn’t sleep neither could my 4 month old baby. We left the second day as the problem was not solved, coming back just to pick clothes and rearrange the luggage. PLUS: when we arrive we had dirty glasses and plates from the former users and dirty laundry!! Don’t go there. Nobody did nothing and they stopped answering my messages. They do have something dead / rotten -breathtaking stench- and it was even, the last day, in the common corridor of the house.
