“Great stay, few improvements needed”

The best

Excellent location just off the main street. Stunning views of the cathedral from the kitchen, bathrooms and master bedrooms. Having outside space is great but a few issues here, see below. The terrace gets sun from around 11 until 4 (June). The flat is a great size and fitted really well. Didn't use the kitchen but seemed to have plenty of plates, cutlery etc. A few tea bags and coffee pods available. We contacted REMS twice by phone and both times they were really helpful. Although bars downstairs we had no issue with noise.

To be improved

The terrace is a great space but the furniture is poor and there were no cushions (we took ones out off the sofa). The two seater outside chair is broken and cannot be used (i informed and sent pictures to REMS). This was disappointing and should all be replaced. The water pressure could be better but wouldn't stop me staying again We had some ants in the kitchen/bathrooms, again not bad enough that I wouldn't stay It clearly says 4th floor and no elevator, but be aware, this means 8 flights of stairs and there is no air-conditioning in the stairwell. It's hard work and definitely wouldn't want to do it with big cases etc.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Rooms were and bathrooms were up to hotel standards. Lovely terrace.

To be improved

The property would not suit people not fit enough for the stairs. Not a problem for us.

“Right in the heart of the historic centre, with lovely cathedral views.”

The best

Exceptionally clean, with everything you need. Great location for exploring the historic centre. Lovely views of the cathedral. Bars, cafes and shops right outside, but no noise in the evenings. The apartment is four flights up. Very helpful and quick responses and recommendations from the REMS team.
