Apartment with terrace in Gracia

-The mattress is beyond saving and needs to be replaced. The mattress springs are broken. We could only sleep on the edges of the mattress where the springs were intact. One spring sticks right up, the others sink into an unsupported depression. -the outer door lock is worn and very difficult to open. -The two bedroom lamps are broken. -There are no dish towels to dry or use when cooking -The larger frying pan is completely wrecked and is releasing "forever chemicals" into food. -There were no basic condiments, ie. salt, pepper, olive oil as the vast majority of spaces have in booking.com rentals. -The plants in the back terrace are neglected and give the apartment a general look of disrepair/neglect. -the digital communication of SH Barcelona is subpar. -the mandatory cleaning bill 105€, the meet and greet charge 30€ and tourist city tax 50€ significantly increase overall charges, making the apartment not worth the price. The overall experience was not good. We were given detailed instructions to retrieve the key but the service ended there. We struggled to get into the building as there was no instructions on how to open the door, after 5mins of struggling someone who was entering the building let us in with them. When we entered the building we realised the apartments were not marked. So we called the property owner to ask for help on which apartment was ours. However the response was only a question asking 'if we have gotten the instructions'. During this time we decided to just risk it and open the first door in the building and luckily it was ours and we were not trying to enter some resident's place. When we entered the apartment there was no instructions for wifi, we ended up finding the wifi router located in the bathroom under the sink with password underneath. - the bed was sunken in on both sides, the springs were broken so we could not sleep on it. - the heater only had three wheels (meant to have four) - the shower drain was clogged, when we showered the water built up to our ankles - there was black mould on the ceiling of the shower - the iron was broken as well, leaking water

There was not much to complain about, but if i had to say something. It would be nice to have a lock on the door to the bathroom.
