Great location in the centre of town, top floor apartment without disturbances. Modern and spacious with two large terraces. Large, well equipped kitchen.

To be improved

Lack of maintenance resulting in water leaks and an unusable terrace table. The apartment lacks basic equipment and needs some investment.
