Location, quiet in evening

To be improved

Appliances need updating. All.cupboaed doors need refitting , sink is loose , lock on bathroom door has no bolt ! Promised spare set of keys... Never showed up

The best

Location is excellent. Noisy every morning dead at 8am. Building work going on every day starting at 8am until late. Also, some residents in the building were loud and noisy. Woke up either very early in the morning or in middle of night. Suffered sever lack of sleep as a result.
