“Very nice central place to stay in Marbella”
Location was amazing. The apt was cute, cosy, had everything we needed.
The 3 floor walk up was hard with a lot of suitcases.

“Superb property, host and location”
This is an excellent apartment with a suitably charming and accommodating host. Great area with places to eat and unwind.

Marbella Old Town is a very beautiful area, with some superb places to eat. Highly recommend the Granary backery a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment was not as described at all and was actually incredibly dangerous if there was a fire. It would definitely not meet UK fire standards. To access the apartment, there are 2 gates which you need a key to enter and exit, then there are 4 flights of steep stairs to the apartment. The apartment door has no sign or number to indicate it is the apartment you're staying, so its a guessing game as you pass many other doors on your way up. The door to the apartment cannot be closed shut without locking it. Therefore the only way for one person to leave whilst the other is still in the apartment asleep is to lock them in! There is no way of unlocking the door from the inside without a key! Very dangerous, when we asked Eva for a second set and raised our concerns. We were told we were the first to mention this. She did bring a second set of keys when she was checking in guests next door. This was the first time meeting Eva as we had to collect our keys from a lockbox down the street. (We arrived at 1pm). We opened the door to say hello and for her to hand us the keys. She was very rude and dismissed us, saying she was with these guests right now. We were looking forward to relaxing on the beautiful private terrace that is advertised. Which wpuld have been perfect for my pregnant partner. However there was no private terrace for us, on the laminated sheet in the apartment it states the terrace is above accessed by another door which should have a key in it however there was no key, it then transpired that the guests next door had this key and were exclusively using it as they to believed it was their private terrace to do so. The views from the apartment are what you would expect from a prison not an apartment in Marbella. The property is crumbling apart and is covered in black mold and damp. Both my partner and I were also bitten all over in the apartment. No bedroom or proper bed.
