“The resort is really big! The pool is great and there are various bars open for food and late drinks. I was pleasantly surprised, as to go out it is a good walk to restaurants and leisure area.”

“Had a great family holiday”

The best

Super friendly vibe, all the staff went out of their way to make it a great stay. The kids and us loved the pool. The entire complex is nicely set up, quiet at night but lively during the day. Restaurant by the pool with good prices, supermarket around the corner. Nice beach although we never went as the kids loved the pool that much. The apartment was very spacious, well stocked and had a lovely terrace. Comfy beds as well. We‘ll be back

“A lovely spring vacation in Spain”

The best

We like everything about Kione - it's spirit, freedom, kindness of staff, swimming pools, Playa Romana and this time there were even beach chairs and sun umbrella left for our use. Perfecto.

To be improved

No salt, sugar, tea and coffee in apartment's kitchen as it used to be before. As Kione was prepearing for a new tourist season, one day we had full terrace of tiny black stones from staff cutting grass, one of them even got on our breakfast table. Thanks God none of us got hurt. Also fresh white paint around pools was smelling a bit too hard. But (!!!) it did not matter that much and did not ruin our happiness at all..

No instructions given for kate check in. Beds are not comfirtable. This was not 2 bedrooms appartment. Kitchen unequipped. Old forniture.

“The staff were very nice, the gardens were very well looked after. Breakfast was good and plenty. The apartment had all the appliences needed in the kitchen. I liked the design of the area around the pools. · Cons: Even though the apartment looked cleaned, it had not been cleaned properly, there were clumps of dust and dirt around the the living areas.Around the shower there was black mould which looked terrible and unkempt, the shower head couldn't be moved so you had to wash with it in your hand. The corridor walls were full of dirt on the walls and the floors, cigarettes on the floor for days, which showed that it had not been swept. Overall, it gave the impression of been uncared for.”
