I could not figure out how to turn off the alarm. I phone and was told to put the fob near the device . I unplugged it and it still beeped. I put it in the window sill. Too much tech!

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on. No toaster. No chairs, you have to eat on a small table, sitting on the sofa

No toaster, no kettle, no chopping board, no brush and dust pan, no ironing table (but there was an iron), no table, no chairs, a washing machine but no powder, no fold out clothes dryer. The bed sagged in the middle. This property purports to be self contained but isn't. Initial entry through security measures was convoluted and a bit difficult. We are retirees and travel a lot around Europe and this entry system and security was unusual.

The location is incorrect on site.

There could be warmer blankets and a water kettle.
