“Central location at new appartment with some caveats”

The location was great. Apartment was clean and relatively new. Host offered towels and sheets to change 3 days after ( we stayed a week). Host was communicating a lot (maybe sometimes too much).

To be improved

One A/C didn't work properly, nobody came to fix in a week and no compensation was offered. The confusion with outside door was super stressful and confusing. Living at risk not being able to enter appartment with kids was a big deal for us. Later host gave separate keys, but still it took some time to figure it out, as communication wasn't very clear the whole time.
