ApartUP Patacona Essence

I did find it a little frustrating I kept being asked for arrival time about 3 times and when we arrived the room had not been cleaned.so we dropped our luggage and had to wait anotget hour to settle in. Antonio did apologise though and gave us a slightly later check out. 12.30 instead of 11am.We were told the earliest we could checkin was 3pm but seemingly tge guests after us were arriving at 13.30? Antonio was very pleasant and helpful booking us a taxi for our return to airport and dripping wrist band for pool. The apartment was mostly very clean apart from the bedspread in kids room which had blood specks. The bedspreads should be cleaned . This would be easy done on quiet day as washing machine e in apartment.

Very beautiful apartment in a well-maintained compound. The compound is on the outskirts of Valencia, but an easy drive to town. There is a bus stop to downtown nearby (but we didn’t use it). The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, living room and bathroom. A very nice balcony overlooks the beach and the compound’s garden. The garden is very well-kept with a beautiful swimming-pool (was still closed in April) and a playground.. The apartment is well-equipped (coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher) and is very clean. Plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery. A large screen TV in the living room and a TV in each room offer plenty of channels, in addition to Netflix and Amazon. A private parking spot in the underground garage, linked to the apartment via the elevator is a plus. A small grocery store nearby and a good supermarket 1km away. The checking-in process went very smoothly. Very courteous and pleasant staff who spoke Spanish, English and French.
