“Good location, but not worth the cost”

It's not worth the cost. There's more bad than good for this apartment. I'll start with the good. Location was excellent - Close proximity to Patacona Beach and restaurants. The view from the balcony and terrace was very nice. Early check-in was great, and the host was friendly.

To be improved

The bad. The apartment is located on the top floor, and the elevators are in poor condition. My partner, 4 month old baby, and I got stuck in the lift. The assistance bell and the emergency phone number did not work. After pushing and shaking the door, it finally opened. We did not feel comfortable using the lift again after this. The swimming pool was closed. The bathroom needs a renovation. The kitchen needs more items such as glasses, plates, etc. The baby cot was poor and not worth the additional cost. We were charged an additional cost for leaving our bags in the apartment for a few hours before our taxi arrived for the airport.

The only positive aspect of this apartment was the location with a partial sea view and walking distance to the beach.

To be improved

Unfortunately, the overall experience was highly disappointing. The host was unwelcoming, provided no helpful information, and showed no flexibility for arrival. The facilities were run-down and not clean. The pool area was locked at all times and the sport facilities can only be rented by residents.

The Shower was difficult to have constant hot water - probably needs a look at? Pool is seasonal and needs to be booked.

Location is good. Near the beach, more quiet. Parking under the building. Gated community.

To be improved

Very cheap furniture. Bathroom was terrible. Very low shower head and leaking. Bathroom needs serious renovation. The whole appartment felt super cheap in setup and didnt match the price. Basic items to use in the kitchen werent there.
