The hot water in our apartment was often cut and the host, Anna, was unfriendly and accused us of messing up the hot water equipment when there was no way of us doing that- especially since we were all adults. She would not respond to our texts about the hot water and eventually it ruined our trip as all 6 of us ended up sick simply because we took cold, frozen showers. Her argument was always that she "lived too far" to come fix the water. We would hate for someone else to go through the same thing and have receipts in our phones of this issue.
