“Great house and location, weird parking rules”

great staff, very helpful. Great location

To be improved

no private parking at house, had to park it further away from house and walk. wasn't that bad really but just unexpected because all of the other houses had private parking spots. the third night i saw multiple cars park at the street right against their house. and there were no signs saying it was not allowed. then i parked it one night and i got a printed out ticket saying i couldn't park there even though they neighbours and other were doing it just fine.

Beds small and uncomfortable Pool was not the cleanest, film of sun cream in some areas of the pool Pool rules not adhered to Umbrella areas saved all day by some guests Key is collected from top alacant agent, over the road from complex, they can not guarantee early access or late check in, so be careful when booking your arrival Extra charge for towels, which were very small Had to make up own beds on arrival No chairs provided to take to pool as have had provided at other properties in this area No kettle No toaster

“This is an exceptional beautiful garden and flower paradise”
The best

The flowers and fruits and palm trees at the resort were wonderful. The whole setting is a paradise. Pools were very clean, and the whole resort was managed perfectly. Even birdwatching was nearby and many beaches for snorkelling in crystal clear water.

To be improved

The walk to the beach is quite far and due to the site located on top of the hill it is especially difficult when returning in the summer heat. One needs to use the car for everything.
