“Not the best”

The best

The location was the best aspect of the property. It was not quite what I expected. However it was very close to everything we were looking to do.

To be improved

I was not aware of the process of gaining access to apartment. It was not seamless and a bit frustrating. In addition, two weeks after departure we have not received the deposit back. The elevator didn't work upon arrival, and we had to carry our luggage up 3 floors.

“Cons: The flat has a central air conditioning unit which wasn't capable of sufficiently cooling the flat. There was also a lot of water damage on the ceiling and walls of the living room which resulted in the living room smelling quite bad”

“Ground floor apartment”

The best

The apartment was clean and was close to the main square and with easy access to the major sites of the city.

To be improved

The actual apartment within the building needs to be explained better. Where it says loft in English means the top of the building, we spent 20 minutes trying to open apartment doors at the top of the building until someone told us that our apartment was on the ground floor. Also, there can be a lot of street noise.
