“very outdated and dirty”

no kettle and not very clean dusty all over the bedroom and washer cut the power off wen we used it cutlery and pots pans and plates all mismatched and chipped messaged and complained and got told they would come sort it but that never happened pool was nice and friendly people on the complex would definatly stay on that complex again just not this apartment

Very dated decor. No mattress covers on beds. Towels threadbare. Curtains in bedroom handing off rail. Couldn’t get tv to work in bedroom. Dark and miserable apartment.

The apartments location is fantastic. Lovely pool & friendly neighbours. The reception staff to the complex are very nice people. There is no doubt the apartment itself could do with some tender loving care but for value for money the place was exceptional.

To be improved

New curtains & especially a new shower panel are much needed.

“Perfect location.”

The property is in a fantastic location. I lived in Tenerife for 12 years in the 90’s 2000’s so knew the area well beforehand and was the main reason we chose here. The pool area was clean and tidy. The apt has plenty of space for a couple and a nice little outside terrace that leads straight to the pool area. Having an iron and ironing board was a bonus and the kitchen had everything you’d need if not just a bit on the old side. The reception staff were always very helpful.

I expected it to be dated as I know the property quite well, but feel this particular apt has not moved with the times and felt like it hadn’t been improved much since it was built. The bedroom was the biggest let down, two single beds that both had mattresses which are desperately in need of changing. I had to take one of the cushions meant for the sunbeds to sleep on as a spring from my old mattress was digging in my back making it hard to sleep. The bedsheets have also seen better days. The curtains didn’t really do much and need replacing before they fall apart. The bathroom wasn’t terrible, but a new shower is needed. The bottom of the glass curtain of shower looked awful due to age. This place could be absolutely improved 100% with what would be little investment. Proper blinds that block out the light in the bedroom, brand new bed (or at least two new mattresses, new bedding and towels and a new shower unit would turn it from a 6/10 to a 9/10 and for what would be a relatively small investment, about €1500 tops.
