Appartamento Oceano - Playa San Juan

The set up of the property, it was confirmed by Booking .com as a 1 bedroom apartment with separate bedroom and living room, in reality it was a one room studio apartment with the bed in a very prominent position it also had a large spiral staircase going nowhere which totally dominated the whole area. The apartment is mainly below ground level the kitchen window is about 2m. from the kitchen floor and looked out under the wheels of parked cars. The advertised "Own door entrance was in fact a poorly locking sliding patio door, to create any privacy in the apartment all you had was a roller shutter which could only be operated from the inside so when you left the apartment the shutter had to be kept open, the door opened into an internal courtyard. The amount of natural light in the apartment was shockingly low so lights had to be kept on at all times which again reduced internal privacy. The kitchen and bathroom are well appointed, except for the fact that the bathroom door could not be fully closed. There is no facility to dry beach towels and swimwear It all looked very pretty but not at all practical.
