Appartamento Puerta del Sol

Limited hot water.. not enough time to wash and condition my hair (I’ve got long hair) Needs some minor upkeep- gate fallen off outside and clothes airer not usable as sellotaped together. Sofa in living room really uncomfortable.

The outside terrace could do with an improvement

No one to greet me as i was very late arriving so a bit flustered no-ones fault .Instructions were left we're to get key etc. Pillows weren't comfy and unfortunately no-one fault again but there were little tiny ants around the apartment at least I didn't see any cockroaches inside.

Small hot water tank so have to shower quick if washing my hair…

We were taken to the property by Sara. She rushed through everything, she didn’t explain the safe was 3 digits & a letter, she just reset it & said it’s ready for our own code, so we entered 4 digits as in hotels etc then we couldn’t open it, I messaged her & she did send her husband the next day. The microwave did not work except for the grill part, she rushed through the tv system saying use this control first then the other go into system/settings to get English tv, we couldn’t get it so we were a month without. I messaged Sara regarding these but she really wasn’t interested & replied she had told us how to work it.The kettle leaked at the base, again I messaged her, her reply stated she was only the cleaner & did not make tea! A new one was left for us behind the door that evening. We were excited & thinking of returning in 2026 bur soon realised the property had a lot of things wrong or not explained & there were no instructions for any appliances, we were left to guess or Google. Utensils were not clean as a few of the plates & pans had to be washed before I used them.The loo brush holder was disgusting, around the shower base needs a proper clean. Toothbrush holder was dirty so I put it in the drawer for the duration of our stay. The bottom drawer on the freezer was badly broken & sharp. I did take a photo of the freezer drawer but it’s on my phone. One of the sunbed covers was ripped so I stitched as best I could. Such a lot wrong.
