The best apartment I have rented. It is really good. Clean and spotless! Fantasticly equipped.

To be improved

You have to pay electricity and for a price that was more than twice the official price per kWh. I think that this should be included in the daily price. It was the very first time I ever had to pay for electricity in a holiday place. Please note that as you have to leave a Fianza of 400 euros the guest should receive an inventory list of the things inside the apartment and sign it after confirmation. Like this everything is more crystal clear on the checkout

“Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor areas for improvement”

The best

In summary, this is a fantastic and clean place to stay. The local key manager was extremely helpful, guiding us through the facilities upon our arrival. The apartment itself is very nice, with a cozy atmosphere. The interior design is top-notch, reflecting the host couple's great taste and attention to detail. Additionally, there is an arrival folder containing relevant information about the apartment and the area, which gives you a 'hotel-like' feeling.

To be improved

Although we really liked this place, there are a couple of things we missed which affected our overall rating: Lack of Wardrobe Shelf Structure - Two out of the three bedrooms have wardrobes, which is great. However, you can only use hangers for your clothes, leaving other items on the floor of the wardrobe. Towels - Each room had nicely decorated towels on the bed. However, they didn’t dry very well, which was surprising given the high standard of this apartment. Garage - The garage space provided was a generous gesture, as it's not common to have a garage space. However, the remote controller and the positioning required to drive in and out demanded a bit of a learning curve.
