The location was good close to bus routes the airport, and many shops.

The apartment was very dark not a lot of windows, also was not cleaned to a good standard, hairs of somebody else who occupied the place previously were present, dishes were not washed properly, visible dirt on them, the bed was squeaky, and also the room with all the wooden panelling stinks of dirt and smoke, sofa could do with a good clean, left with my child after a good week away for his 10th birthday, flight was at 8pm check out was at 10am nowhere to leave bags, plus the host started messaging me via WhatsApp about a missing charger port basically harassing me for a charger port!! as if I have not just spent loads on taking my son out the country for his birthday I informed them I have 50%battery to last me all the way home, and for the whole day, they then continued messaging, every time I turnt my phone off airplane mode a new message would pop up, very inconsiderate.

“Comfortable, clean and convenient accommodation at a very good price.”

The best

The location is very good - close to bars, restaurants, bus & taxi stops. You can visit El Medano in 10 minutes and it's a short distance to the airport. The price was very reasonable, cheaper than in the more touristy areas. Good value for money. The flat was well-presented, clean, spacious and well-equipped. It was very secure. There were cleaning materials and even oils and spices.They had left a welcome gift of water and a bottle of white wine, some coffee pods, biscuits and sweets. The hosts were very good about communicating information, meeting me and showing me round the apartment and taking me to the airport when I left. Wifi was good and the television had YouTube, Netflix etc. I liked eating in the local cafe/bars - the food was good and prices very reasonable.

To be improved

Only that the balcony did not get much sun but the weather was very good and I did a lot of walking. The bed was a little creaky but comfortable.

“Very well equipped modern appartement”

The best

Absolutely clean and makes you feel at home. Well equipped modern appartement (there is a washing machine, hair dryer, towels, pots, microwave, refrigerator, wifi, everything). Shops and cafes and SuperDino and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Absolutely recommended. Thank you for everything!
