The best

Very, very clean. Quite modern although not luxe. Has a washing machine, hairdryer, cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine and panini press. No toaster though. Crockery and Cutlery seem quite new. Shower and beach towels are provided. It has a private parking space though it is tiny. Hot water is plentiful but very hot! 1 tv in each room. The host is really lovely and friendly with good communication. Roof terrace has great views (see photo)

To be improved

Communal areas could be more appealing. There are not 2 double beds in the bedroom but 1 double and 1 sofa bed which is quite small. No mattress protector on the bed. The ‘Spanish toilet smell’ rises a couple of times a day in the bathroom.
