“Bad property”

The good things... We came at 3AM and one nice lady was waiting at property and showed us the house. We had one bottle of water and one prosecco in the fridge. No deposit required for this property. And I think that's all good things.

To be improved

First, if you don't have car is to far from everything, shops, beach, restaurants... The house is filthy, the bathrooms are very dirty, one toilet roll for each bathroom for 7 days, no SOAP, no SHAMPOO. The rooms are very small, with small beds. The beds sheets are very old, one of them was ripped, the pillows very bad smells, and they put 2 pillows in one cover??? Very dusty everywhere. We had only one bin bags for 7 days. Coffee cups and glasses very dirty. I don't recommend it, we paid 850 for 7 days, but doesn't deserve it. I'm sorry, but you have no respect for your customers. One of the shower, the drain was blocked. I've texted the girl in charge and she said, I will send someone next day. Until we left, nobody came. On the last day, at 8AM one women, cleaner, got inside of the house without any warning.

When we arrive the communication was easy. I like the view of the volcano, even near to the motorway. Flat was well insulated and the location, even is not near to the beach was close to the motorway and parking was not an issue.

To be improved

When we arrive the explanation and showing of the flat was quick, then no realise about several things already broken. Microwave handle broken, second bath with not shower head and a chair broken. For a flat 6 people, there is a single sofa for 4 super noise. We were asking for more blankets and the communication was late and poor. They don't provide with any basics apart of one bottle of water, wine and 2 toilet paper roll for a family of 6 for a week!! Not even bin bags. The brush for the floor was a Window Squeegee!! The beds were also super uncomfortable, and if you use the pool some of the locals use to stare at you to make you feel uncomfortable and being really rude.
