Excellent location in a quiet side street near the beach. Nice view of the sea and the mountains around Benalmádena.

The location was great ,close to shops,restaurants, the beach, and other attractions. 3 big well maintained pools with lifeguards. The outside was really nice and clean . Toilets were also clean. I liked that we had chairs we could take to the garden (sunbeds) because there was nothing to sit on except blanket if you have it with you. Big plus was air condition because without it would be far to hot in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. There was everything we needed to make food.

To be improved

The amartament was small, but I was aware of that and didn't mind . I really didn't like the balcony . The glass around it made it far too hot ,the table and chairs were not comfortable and not really a balcony type of furniture so I sat in the sun bed we had for taking out to the poolside. It would be nice to have better nicer furniture there and get rid of that glass around. View is amazing, so I think it would be a lot nicer to be able to sit there whenever you want, not only in the morning and night time plus that glass is ruining the view. We didn't really have bedding for a sofa bed there. It was 4 of us, and owners were aware of that, but only double bed had bedding. I had to look for pillows and put the covers on, and find something to cover myself. There were not enough towels for 4 of us for 9 nights. There was only 4 bath towels so I had to wash them but there was nothing to use to wash them, so I had to buy it,also only 2 dishwasher tablets there for 9 night so also had to buy more. Only 2 toilet rolls also, so I had to get more obviously. The apartment definitely needs to be updated and needs deep clean because the worst thing we found, there were big COCKROACHES!!! 🫣🫣🫣 OMG, that was my nightmare, and I struggled to sleep. The first one we sptted was on the very first night, and I was ready to leave. i was that scared. When I informed the owner about it, he thanked me, and he'll let me know the community. I decided to stay there as I didn't really have money to go somewhere else ,I was on my own with 3 kids bit there was more cockroackes unfortunately and I was doing everything to stay away as long as we could. I loved our holidays, but that experience was awful

The only thing I can say about the appartment was that it was in a good location.

To be improved

Appartment very small could not use the balcony as it got too hot as it is enclosed, the windows could open but still too hot.The picture shows a fan but there wasn't any.No change of sheets for the week ,2bath &hand towels for the week.No safe for valuables. No sunbeds by the pools have to take down a deck chair.Waited over 2hrs to get the keys for the property. Would not recommend.
