Apt 5 Limón

A little tight for space.

Could’ve been a little cleaner. Crockery didn’t match plus the apartment was smaller than anticipated. Was a little noisy too but to be expected in such a central location. Parking was pretty bad too as it was so busy with traffic

The apartment is dirty and needs renovation (see the pictures of the walls and especially the horrible shower in the bathroom). We had to wash all the 4 plates and utensils as well as only 2 mugs (each different). The so called breakfast table was all dirty and is falling apart. We were lied by the advertised size of the apartment. We came to a 30 m2 apartment which didn't have more than 17 m2. The balcony is a joke (see the picture) - there is no way anybody can sit there. Our decision to choose this apartment was based on 3 MAIN elements: 1/. LOCATION (perfect), 2/. SIZE (which is NOT TRUE - less than a half) and 3/. BALCONY (which no one is able to use). So, we are extremely disappointed.

Ready for redecorating. A chain on the door would be good for added security at night because of the key pad system. The main issue is the noise from upstairs- someone arrived later in the evening and I honestly thought they were coming through the floor. Sounded like things were being dropped and bouncing along the floor. I heard every sound. The ceiling plaster board needs reinstating and insulation put in.

A couple of big mugs for tea drinkers would be a welcome addition - but other than that great facilities.
